Training Specialist needs 2+ years experience
Training Specialist requires:
High School Diploma required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required
Some experience gathering and reporting data required
Experience in a project-oriented environment required
Training Specialist duties:
Schedule and track learning events by managing and organizing calendars and lists in Outlook and the learning management system (LMS)
Support successful delivery of learning events by coordinating details, including calendar invitations, rosters, attendance, meeting links, communication, etc. facilities, equipment, meals, printing, travel, etc.
Gather and report activity, resource utilization, attendance, learning evaluation data, etc.
Reply to inquiries and requests for assistance in a timely fashion by managing team mailboxes.
This includes screening requests, scheduling intake meetings, and providing learner support.
Gather and report project and content development status. This includes updating project status summaries and highlighting issues for management such as timing, budget, resources, scope, etc.
