Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting your career, we may have the opportunity you have been looking for! Service Technician Minimum Qualifications: 1. Mass D license required 2. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience 3. Knowledge of AMAG, BOSCH, DSC 4. Must be able to troubleshoot security systems, fire alarms, access systems, IP cameras Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to our install and service clients. 2. Perform a wide variety of functions associated with servicing, programming and testing of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV and Security Systems. 3. Attend job/customer site meetings as required to coordinate and communicate project expectations and service delivery expectations. 4. Must be able to independently program all systems via laptop computer. 5. Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. 6. Complete assigned service and inspections on time and on budget. 7. Ability to adhere to and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. 8. Maintain or obtain valid personal licensing/certifications as required by local/state/federal government. 9. Must have excellent communication skills using tack and diplomacy with customers. 10. Self starter able to work with no or little supervision. 11. Responsible for the performance of other tasks related to this position as they are assigned by management.
