The Grow Network, a subsidiary of The McGraw-Hill Companies, is a nationally recognized leader in assessment reporting for states and large districts across the country. The Grow Network currently has an outstanding opportunities for a number of Senior Sales Education Consultant supporting the North. The purpose of this position is to meet or exceed the sales goals established by the senior management team while modeling The McGraw-Hill Companies' core competencies and key values. The incumbent will need to be a "consultative, solution seller". Specific goals include:

Meets or exceeds financial goals by using a strategic, consultative selling approach to identify, target and penetrate district opportunities for new or expanded business.
Performs follow-up presentations/calls and support the Senior Regional Director of Education Solutions.
Develops and maintains sales status information in CRM and produces sales forecasts
Collaborates with Program Managers to manage account relationships and client satisfaction.
Provides assistance to other opportunities in their assigned territories as directed by the VP of Sales in coordination with the Regional Director of Education Solutions.

Bachelor's Degree required
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed significant annual sales quotas
Proven sales capabilities in medium, large, and urban school districts
Experience and success for launching new product lines with proven ability to create comprehensive sales plans directed to impact fast turn-a-round time on sales.
4+ years direct sales experience in competitive market
Proven track record in selling to public institutions.
Instructional technology and/or educational assessment industry experience preferred
Must excel at planning, directing and delivering sales presentations to school districts
Self-driven, assertive and able to thrive in a high energy, rapidly growing company.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A minimum of 60% travel is required
