OAKLEAF is seeking a professional to establish educational programs and specific professional development activities. This position will oversee training initiatives to help business units maximize performance. This individual will plan, coordinate and direct training & staff development programs for the organization. The ideal candidate will balance the management of the training function with delivery of training programs. Partners closely with Executives to establish a curriculum of development programs for high potential associates. This is a full time, permanent position that reports to the VP of Human Resources. Our Corporate Headquarters is located in East Hartford, Connecticut. Summary: The Training Manager is responsible for creating, enhancing, and directing the training programs.
