Corporate Sales Trainer
Job Description: This position is responsible for assisting with development and driving implementation of sales training programs for new and existing field sales team members. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related field. 6 years work experience. 3 years of sales experience in the medical device or related industry. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Other Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate clinical information. Ability to understand business strategy and key drivers and translate into effective training programs. Thorough understanding and documented implementation of adult learning principles. In depth knowledge of the health care industry. Coaching and strong interpersonal skills. Advanced presentation and facilitation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous sales experience and proven track record of sales success. Ability to excel in a team environment. Ability to balance short term goals with a strategic vision. Creativity and resourcefulness. High integrity. Preferred Qualifications: One year of Sales Training experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or other related industry preferred.
